KOČÍ a.s. aims to provide maximum quality and wide range of services for civil engineering. KOČÍ a.s. has been 50% shareholder of the firm BETON Písek, plc. since 1996, which offers coherent programme of concrete production, cement stabilisations and their transportation.

Concrete plant

Concrete machinery type STETTER H1 with concrete mixer 1m³ with the output of 56m³ of concrete per hour. Automatic computer-controlled production all year round.

It produces concrete types:

• C following Czech standard ČSN EN 206-1
• TN SVB ČR 01-2004 (former ČSN 732400)
• fry range P100 - P600
• water-construction concrete
• concrete resistant to aggressive environment
• special concrete
• stone reinforced by cement and cement stabilisations

Concrete quality

Production quality has been checked in accredited laboratories TEST plc. Plzeň. The laboratory is fully equipped for all concrete tests. There is a system of quality controls established and maintained following ISO 9002. The price of supply includes quality control and its evidence. Total monthly records concerning to regular concrete stronghold in press 28 days old are handed over as quality atest. Concrete production follows the requirements of Act No. 22/1997 Coll. and state regulation No.81/99 Coll. concerning to technical requirements. All supplied concretes are certificated.
