Construction type: New building

Brief Description: It is a 3-storey partially cellared building U-shape. The cellar spaces are used as technical basement, administrative part, commercial space with fast food, chiropodist´s and hairdresser´s and social hall are located on the ground storey. There are residential spaces with service rooms on the 2nd and 3rd storeys.

  • Basic information about construction: The building is based on concrete strips, outside structural masonry and partition walls are formed from brick clocks Porotherm, floor structure from Spiroll floor panels. Single pitched roof with wooden roof framing and Pluvitec covering. Floor coverings are mostly vinyl and paving. Doors are Sapelli lining, windows are plastic and fire division walls are wooden. The roof over the social hall is formed by "the green floor" with relaxing area. The construction is complemented by car parking space made of interpavers with capacity of 105 cars. There are 2 bed lifts and 2 personal lifts.
