Strategy of our company

Strategy of our company – only satisfied customer can give sense to our business effort by means of profit.
  • The quality of completed orders and provided services is the highest priority for our company and it is the leading factor which affects satisfaction of our customers and developing good reputation of our company.
  • We are going to keep and confirm our position of the most reliable and the top quality construction company of our size in the regional market.
  • Our company is designed for the customer and not the customer for the sake of us. Everything we do must be done in order to satisfy the customer and their needs.
  • Each of the managing and executive bodies of the top management is responsible for meeting requirements of standards ISO EN 9001:2000, 14001:2004 in their status. They motivate their employees to continuous improving of integrated control system.
  • We select new employees according to qualification (professional skills, experience) and personal abilities (honesty, teamwork sense, creativity, etc.).
  • We involve each employee in the way they contribute to keeping good reputation of our company by their interest in quality and efficient work. The aim and purpose of all our employees´ effort is avoiding to contingent causes of mistakes and complaints.
  • We bond to meet all requirements of valid laws and regulations of environmental protection. We are going to use such technologies and construction procedures that are environmentally – friendly.
  • We are going to limit pollution sources coming out of our production by effective prevention.
  • We regularly cooperate with our subcontractors to improve the quality of our work. Materials and services contracted for our production are evaluated not only from the commercial point of view but also in accordance with meeting our quality and terms requirements .
  • We are going to create such working environment that will help to keep all safety and health protection regulations at work and fire regulations.
